Mercedes Guerrero-Tune embody a broad and rich international perspective based on her experience with diverse populations in Mexico and the USA. Mercedes holds a Teaching Credential by the ENUF, specialization in Environmental and Health Education, and a certification on Psychological Aid for Migrants, Refugees and Displaced Populations, by UC Berkeley. Mercedes is a fellow of the 2015 National Leadership Academy for Women of Color: 2016 fellow of Lead Up! WOC National Academy.

Pablo Lopez graduated in 2020 with a BA on Arts, Political Science, with Honors in the Major, Minor in Chicano/Chicana Studies Cum Laude. Pablo was the Student Board Representative at Summerville Board and received several awards for his participation at State Debates representing Columbia College. He currently works with Tuolumne County Public Health as a Program Specialist. His community building skills and deep understanding of cultural dynamics and technology are invaluable.

Cody Green (he/him), 31-year-old, Doctor of Pharmacy candidate, husband, and father of three wonderful girls. I was born in Tuolumne County and my participation with ConAmor comes with a sense of pride as we work collectively to develop a more inclusive and responsible community that we all call home, both for ourselves and for future generations.

Dawn Warfield, is an historian of intersectional science and technology who researches and writes about the sociology of knowledge making and how marginalized populations negotiate their ecologies. Dawn attended Columbia College, went on to study philosophy at University of California Davis, and received a master’s degree from Cornell University in Science and Technology Studies. Her role with Con Amor and Building Bridges involves facilitating cross cultural conversations, creative place-making, and content development for our social platforms. 

Cristal Baez is a dedicated advocate for community empowerment, cultural celebration, and healing. As a 1.5-generation Mexican immigrant, born in Mexico and raised in the United States, she brings a deep understanding of the complexities of identity, resilience, and the importance of building bridges across cultures. With over a decade of experience working in domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking advocacy, Cristal is passionate about fostering safe, inclusive spaces where individuals and families can thrive.

As a board member of ConAmor, she is committed to breaking cycles of toxic machismo, addiction, mental health silence, and co-dependency, ensuring that future generations have access to support, education, and opportunities for growth. In addition to her work with ConAmor, Cristal is a spiritual life coach and mentor, helping others align with their purpose and step into their power. Through her leadership, she strives to create meaningful connections, celebrate diversity, and inspire lasting change in our local communities and beyond.

Greg Falken has enjoyed living in Tuolumne County since 1994. Along the path of a varied career, he has worked as a recording engineer for A&M Records and as a commercial pilot, having flown throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, in everything from an open cockpit biplane to corporate jets and turboprops. Pursuing a growing interest in the internet and World Wide Web, he founded Webdancers, an internet development firm, in 1995.
